I got a reply back from Castle. Sad people take advantage of a company as it sounds and truly ruin it for the rest like me and other good people.
Jeremy, We are no longer allowed to send parts out. Too many people took advantage of a good thing and ruined it for everyone else. You'd have to send it in to us and we'd put a new one on no charge, and pay shipping back.
