7075 is a higher grade and stiffer IIRC

A Castle 2650 motor would work, along with a medusa 60 or 70.. Rx8 might be a bit overkill for this truck. and you dont need that much power because you will have a hard time putting it down through CORR tires.

sooo, whats the best way to get power to the ground???

1/8 buggy tires, or ST tires?? Im thinking the sc10 wheels seem to be the right offset, after seeing one in person



just outof curiosity, between an sc10 with a 540 motor, and a E-jato...



the tekin is the esc that I'm geting as a replacement for my rs

Ive experimented with jatos and to be honest I found the project not worth it, I either couldn't keep the trans together or I couldn't keep the tires glued...

I dont know if there's been recent improvements in then jato's trans but if there's not then I would say its not worth it.. The top shaft of the 2speed would always snap from the Rb 523
