Not identical, but it seems the tip is red, and the sleeve black- I would do some more digging though, its strangley hard to find a good diagram.


On the cap front, wiring in parallel will increase the capacitence (bigger poop inducing spark), but will do nothing to make them less flakey- they have higher internal resistance so trying to charge & discharge them more often/ rapidly will only hurt them, such as in an R/C....
