Put another down for Tide...

I'm in the process of buying some Proline Wabash 40 series with large offset and 17mm hexes. When the 2nd pair come in I will commence searching for tires. These will be going on my Savage, which thus far has seen nothing other than Maxx size wheels and Phaltlines.

"RCM members prefer Tide 3 to 1 over the leading competitor (wtf?) in a double dumb thread jack comparison!" "So kids, if you want to be cool like all of the guys playing with tiny cars get some Tide today"

Yeah, I have a few large boxes of tires, so I plan to weigh and measure them all. I started a thread in general discussion about that, and added some more info to what I posted above in that thread.

Anyone got the weight of the Axial oversize beadlocks? Linc, did you get a chance to weigh those mulchers yet? Seems like a decently light setup.

i know my ruffrider baja tires on proline rims are well over a pount each. a good estimate would be 600-700g each.

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

i went ahead and bouth some big joe and bead lock tires the cheyenne or whatever proline has in silver....figure if I blow up my ESC like everyone is saying switching I went ahead and bought another mamba monster 2200kv also for back up....hey why not right.

AS for LINCPIMP you are correct we are bickering over something so trivial such as the cool kid club....I once saw a kid get made fun of at the track for having big joes and 40 series tires on his revo..they said it was too big for his truck....j/k
