Yea if its not milled perfectly round it will wobble and then trash your mount and spurgear.

you can run it while filing it, or run it and use a dremel against it. you're only taking off 1mm, and if you run the motor while grinding it its almost impossible to grind it off center.
also kershawdesigns sells 6mm pinions It's "Dr. _paralyzed_" actually. Not like with a PhD, but Doctor like in Dr. Pepper. |
