The HV110 is an airplane ESC. Therefore, brakes are not gonna work the way you want, you need a Pistix adaptor so you can use a pistol-grip radio, no reverse, you need an external BEC or receiver pack, and it is not designed for the burst currents that land vehicles pull. However, if you have a brake servo, don't mind not having reverse, and are planning to use high voltage in lieu of high currents, then it is a solid ESC.

But, the MMM is designed for car use, has reverse, has brakes, has a built-in BEC, and is designed for pistol grip radios. So, if running up to 6s, the MMM is a no-brainer.
