Tom, Glue it. Clean the shaft and glue it together. Go to your automotive shop and get a glue that can withstand heat. Clean the shaft and glue it up.Let it dry 24 hours and your good to go. Try this:

update...i run my combo for about 10hours and nothing else to say that amazing!!!! startup is smooth! brake is very linear...but the motor run hot(140f)..why??? my 2200neu castle run 20f lower than my 1700kv geared for the same speed (40mph)same lipo same outside temp...(68f)and same runtime....


my esc setting

brake:100%
reverse:40%
no drag brake
timing lowest
current limiter:30%

ive used the same setting for the 2200kv
