Are you guys talking about the "maxxamps always coming out of balance thread" or the one about the flat LiFe packs?

ROFL, I just got a PM from the CEO of MaxAmps after I chewed them out on the quality of their Lipo's on that thread.

With the way you run your mouth, I would delete your posts too. By the way... maxamps can't delete posts on the forums, so maybe you should start flaming the forum mods or better yet, look in the mirror.

Ok that's about as harsh as I've ever been on the forum here.

I find it a little embarrassing how rabid and mob-like this forum can be... continues to be. It's like a fraternity in here... pretty cool if you conform and fall in line, but not much fun at all if you have a different opinion. Should it be that way? Not if you want the forum to prosper long term, IMO.

Seems like pushing water up a wall. I try to put my 2 cents in on maxamps being a bad value for what you get. I have condensed my argument to basically state that maxamps products are overrated, and there are better choices for the money out there. Maxamps will always have business as long as the remain the industry leader in LIPO ADVERTISING.

Most if not almost all of the people with electric rc will never handle the 100s of lipo packs I have. I doubt that the owners of the various brands have had the varied experience of lipos that I have had. I will not lie when I say I have at least 5-8k worth of lipos at any one time. I have owned every one of the "reputable" brands. I still to enerland cells cause they work, plain and simple. No self discharging at different rates, no puffing during storage, no issues if I push them too hard, no crazy 4-8 hour balancing sessions, no worries. If you get a bad enerland cell, consider yourself lucky as it is a rare sighting.
