Or when it's already pretty tight, you can grab the spur itself. Works up to a point, when it starts to slip when you turn the nut.

Or I can move whole truck a bit while holding adjustments tool ;) I am running it quite tight so need to hold spur down. But I will try to move & push down whole car, that might work. Thanks
