Well, KB45-17XL runs great on 8S... yesterday at the track, I ran 12S and forgot to turn the fan on... Motor reached temperatures of 109 Deg. C. Of course, rotor was demagnetized and pooched. Here are some pics of the mounts.. it was easy..
    Here's a video.. of it for fun, with the 2280 and 4S ... ESC Temp was 40 Deg.C , Motor 44 Deg.C and Batteries were 57 Deg.C a bit too warm..
