How is the throttle response with the T8? I read another thread/review of the T8 where the person said there was a delay in response when he hit the throttle. The T8 does look quite nice.

Are you sure it wasn't the RX8 esc that had the delay? I can't see the motor causing it.

Both take off exactly the same. If you didn't know, you wouldn't be able to tell which motor was running, aside from the slight top speed difference between the two. The tekin 1900 kv on 5s is definately more powerful and runs cooler than the 2650 on 4s.

BUSAFIED, how do you have cogging coming out of a corner?

it doesn't happen often, but it does happen to me. I think it's more attributed to my AWESOME skills of tapping the brake too much in the corner (in an attempt to get the ass end to swing around) which then results in my corner speed dropping down just about nil.

in an attempt to get back in the running, I goose the throttle to about 75%, which results in a frustrating surge-cut-surge behavior.

and it always happens at the same turn, too.
