Well, when I use it to tow around the lawnmower it sports a Lehner 1950/8, some serious 5S Lipos, a 12/40 gearing on the old-style slipperential, rolling on truggy diffs this gives me something like a whooping 15mph tops but boy, that thing got torque. Easily pulls me on a skateboard, uphill even, for as long as it gets grip...

For racing duties I used a 1950/6 and appropriate gearing, you know, 40-ish, depends...

Anyway, back to topic now. This direct drive setups got a whole new appeal with the introduction of Mikes new Slipperdiff this past season, amazing setup possibilities there. Cool and easy way to convert most anything to race-worthy BL setups.

Zeen... Thanks for the info. I know those LMTs will make some serious power with very little effort. .
