HYPERION EOS0610I DUO II-DUAL PORT and My new PC Power Supply MOD. Questions!

Well i have been messing around with the charger and reading some of the manual, I think im getting the hang of it. As far as the settings are concerned under the USER settings. there are some areas that i have questions about. I set the INPUT VOLTAGE to 12v because my PS was showing 12.05 or so when i measured it. (i did notice tho that it would drop to 11.702 often while charging some packs @ 2C) should i set the Voltage lower or leave at 12v? Next according to the PS it able to do 22AMPS i set this for 20AMPS to give some head room, IS THIS OK? How will i know if im pushing the PS to hard? TIPS POINTERS? thanks again everyone for the help with this project.
