Holy shit, I got alot done in 3 hours...
Throttle I got off ebay:  Needed a brake cable tension adjuster, found one on a old bike I had laying around.  Needed a end for the brake cable so I made one out of some 1/4" brass tubing, and soldered it to the cable.  Cable installed on the brake lever:  Had to make a guide for the brake cable:  Welded it on:  Can you guess what this is?  You might have guessed right:  Brakes hooked up on the rear:  Throttle return/connector I made:
