What are the voltages before and after charging on each cell?

Nothing lasts forever, but they're only a year old, and have only been cycled under 10 times! Everybody said go Enerland, WTF??

Anyway, was able to charge/ discharge the pack a few times, though this came with a number of warnings from the balancer. However, I noticed today that one of the cells in the pack seems a little puffed. Now what? Do I need to remove that cell and dispose of it, or is this salvageable?

Also, if I have to remove it, is there a tutorial anywhere that shows you how to do this??

Even the best lipos will still have failures. Lipos are prone to failure since they are relatively delicate and the internal chemistry can get out of wack easily. Sorry to say, but you probably just got a bunk cell.
