Hey, interesting... I just opened my brand new TRX carriers and they do have these metal rings. Yet, I checked the original carriers on the Revo (3.3 as well) and they never had these rings on them.

I am also waiting for an order from Tower that includes the rpm true-track arms... hopefully they work out well. They should be better for popping out as it only has one pillow ball per side, and apparently they made the pillow ball walls thicker.

Yes and the ring still fits,It's a challange getting it on but they do fit.


I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
