The final update is battery is no good. The battery has 3 "good" cells and 1 that won't even register on my balancer. #1 cell has 7.3V , #2 has 5.6 and #3 has 5.4V. How can this battery still be showing 14.3V on only 3 cells? In any case this battery is probably headed for the trash can. What's the safest way to discharge this battery?

A broom stick w/a nail in the end. Stand back and watch the show.
