Whether a motor will run cool or not depends on how u size the motor as well as the application for it. A bigger motor may run cooler but that doesn't mean that it is more efficient. But given the same motor, a cooler motor is definitely more efficient. It sounds to me that u merely need a more efficient motor. Why don't u try the CC Neu? It seems to be a highly efficient motor from all the reviews I've heard of it. I don't own one myself but will definitely get one in the future.
