Thats the thing though, I don't like settling for "alright" kit, when much better stuff exists :)

Out of curiosity, how hard would it be, to use a flat or twin plate chassis with an Emaxx? Because I like making lexan parts, and have some 6mm lexan that would be great for a big chassis.

Making the metal chassis braces is the hard part. And if you don't make or buy metal chassis braces, you will have too much flex.
