bruce750i RC-Monster Aluminum Offline Posts: 972 Join Date: Feb 2008	09.10.2009, 10:56 AM That don't look too bad. I mashed the side of one of my zippys kind of like that. I just pressed it out with my thumbs while the pack was still warm. Keep a close eye on each cells voltage. Charge a little slower the 1st time. Watch for puffing. And never charge it after midnight.
