Battery Tray Help - damaged my Lipo :(

Thanks everyone for your info and input.

I've just charged it and all cells have balanced which is a good sign I think. Not sure what else I can do to protect the soft-cell lipo's, have followed all the recommendations already. I'm going to purchase a hard case lipo. Found this battery which seems awsome for the price:
