I assume that's the 80A version that burnt? If so, I would think about stepping up to the 150A version, especially in a truggy. To push a truggy well, 4s requires quite a bit of current. 80A might be enough when running 6s on a matching motor kv, but the 80A is only rated for 4s. Remember, despite the physical size, the 80A is basically a MM capability-wise.

If that was the 150A version, I would look at adding extra caps/TVS modules in case it was some braking spike that overvolted the FETs or to help reduce ripple currents.
