Not sure if that was a joke, but it looks to have a Comet CVT, a smaller version of a snowmobile transmission, which means the thing should be good for some pretty serious speed. And for all the metal work, it doesn't look that heavy to me. Only real drawbacks I see are a large turning radius due to the minimal steering movement, and I could see things getting ugly in a crash of any kind, might be a good idea to have a kevlar suit on, lest the driver be impaled or otherwise maimed... hope it has good brakes!

Some nice fab work there.

Gotta give it to him -- creative.
Freeze - you need to leave a note on it asking why the tire is backwards!

I bet that thing takes some serious arm strength to turn.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

Neat. From one standpoint I can appreciate the attention to detail, but on the other hand I don't like batman.

commet torque converters are a type of centrifugal clutch...then again no one said it wasnt a centrifugal....haha im...way too outa it...

redshift: what threw me off about yours was calling it a CVT...(constant variable transmission in my dectionary)

edit:
sorry didnt realize the commet series actually was a CVT....im dumb. ill shit up now lol
