I used stock spur, 50T I believe and 16T pinion. Motor temps usually
130-140s after hard running with the body off. No tire roll whatsoever do to the width and short sidewall. I used 40 series offset Wabash 10 spoke rims with the Road Rages, but I don't think they make the offset Wabash rims anymore. I would try the standard offset Wabash 10 spoke rims with the RR's. I used a couple stips of duct tape across the circumference of the inner tire spanning the width of the tread to prevent most ballooning. I also would recommend balancing the tire/wheel combo. They run much more stable/smoother after balancing. On 5s without balancing, the entire truggy would shake/vibrate like crazy. I used lead tape used for golf clubs to balance each tire/rim.

Hope this helps, glad to try and answer any questions you have

Do you have to use a dish wheel?
