I use 10% punch control max for track running - anything more and the midrange starts to get muddy. I usually grab the throttle curve at 50% and drag it down to the 40% line, making for a mild curve that softens the bottom end and starts to pour on the power more aggressively after half throttle. I set brakes to 50% on the castle Link and dial any extra out on my transmitter if needed. :)

cheers for the input guys.have had a bit of a fiddle with curves etc.look forward to getting the trug back out and test it out(waiting on new antenna for transmitter-old one broke now have range of about 5 feet)
