What is the max power rating of both channels combined? Also, what is the max voltage it will take? Some of the higher output chargers will take voltages much higher to help reduce required current.

Once you know that, simply:

power_supply_amps=charger_watts/max_input_voltage/.8

The .8 is to account for charger inefficiency.

I bought the radio shack power supply - I think its 25W? Cheap, effective. havent ever taxed it chargeing 2 5S 5K packs at 1C.

25w? Wow, a whopping 2.08A.

Running on EXACTLY 12V, you'll need 37.5A (180W per port (so 360 total), divided by 0.8, divided by 12). 40A would be preferable to account for power supply capacitors aging over time.
