Could be a vapor lock. Take out the glow plug, turn the truck upside down and hit the EZ start. If it is a vapor lock, with the glow plug removed the motor will spin(and dump the excess fuel onto the ground). Re-install the glow plug(test it to make sure it is good) and start it up. If the glow plug is bad and you tried to start it for a bit(turning it over), then it most certainly is a vapor lock.

The problem was intermittent at the starter. I checked every wire and did alot of wiggling, couldn't get to work.
So I replaced it with a new one.... And of course the one I took off now works. But that was the problem bad starter. I'm learning water is real bad for these things. I fried the opti drive electronics also. Atleast I'm getting to know the local hobby shop guy real well... |
