there are 5 parts
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

OMG1 Don't say that!!!!!!!!!
For some reason that thought is giving me cringes, deep down cringes(and not below the belt you wankers ) I mean 60+ cars heaped into one massive pile? The horror!!!!! *curls into the fetal position and gently rocks him self on the floor* It would probably be better to sell the massive pile for $5000 than to attempt to assemble them all again, It would be impossible.
Now where's my weed? I need to calm down......What are you looking at?!.........don't judge me!.........who are you to judge me?!!..... I have a "prescription"!
*pant**pant* sorry you guys had to see that.....It gets pretty crazy around here when I can't find my "prescription medicine".............

I try to keep things looking new and hanging them on the wall in my spare room keeps them out of the way,

I could easily believe someone would spend a ton on them then shelve it. People collect guns, baseball cards, bugs, why not r/c. The build, or just having it to look at, is as much fun as playing with it for allot of mine. Who wants to put a bunch of time, effort, and money in one only to get dirt stuck to it from nasty nitro fuel.

The hobby store I go to had a guy come in one day and ask for a hi end kit to build but really didn't care what kind of vehicle it was.He bought a kit and left,I was talking to the sales guy and he said the guy comes in once a month and lays down close to a $1000 on a kit.
Next month guy comes in again and asks for another hi end kit,I start idle chit chat with the guy while the sales guys grabbing his kit.Turns out the guy is a engineer for an oil company and a recovering alcoholic and by building these kits during the months he has been sober for 4 years, says he had to give a bunch away because he was running out of room in his garage, also said ha has never ever ran run,but he gets to see his kids since he quit drinking and really enjoys building them.

yeah, I guess I've made a lot of assumptions. Mostly out of jealousy. Who knows what the story might be.

WOW
Thats one expensive habit (the drinking, that is) for him to have to recover like that.
I can understand how it would help though. "Never ran one!"

That guy deserves kudos for handleing his addiction and for the happiness he brings to whom he donates them too. Nice story.
