If you get an lst1 axle shaft and use as a centre shaft, it will push the motor foward a tad more. I did this and went to the LHS to get a short one to fit the other end. As a reference, the lst1 axle shaft is the same length as the lst2 but doesn't have a large cv knuckle.

Some people just don't like to use that small of pinions, I also don't know your tire size.

When I mocked mine up the CD fit with one LST center shaft and one LST XXL center shaft. Easy Peasy. (the XXL shaft is .5" longer)
