I hope the new job posting is going to help the situation because it's so bad at times I ended up buying a Tekin system for one of my cars to see if I have a good alternative. I definitely appreciate how they stand behind their products but the lack of response can be beyond frustrating.
I would expect by now they would help alleviate this problem by offering a status system on their website tied to the internal tracking so we can all keep tabs without wasting people time.
MMMs are in continuous process at Castle right now. Shouldn't be long on a replacement.
Thanks, I finally got an E-mail response ( 10 days later ) and it said that there out of stock and will be 2 weeks before they ship one. So hopefully I can have it by the middle of Febuary.
