boss, thats not necessarily true. it just wont be as efficient at a higher rpm as a higher turn motor on a higher cell count thats gonna turn less rpms and be more efficient. a xl3100 on 12 cells pushed my maxx to 50+ mph.

well it may not be always true but a 9xl on 12 cells would not have as much power as a 9xl on 16 or 18 cells
