Righteous build there!
I forgot what Makrolon was, it's just Bayer's tradename for polycarbonate. I wouldn't think 6mm is enough, but it can take your weight no problems obviously... Nice job man

And I thought I was cool with having access to a PlasmaCam CNC plasma cutter.....
 I think that this thing is probably one of the coolest RC's I have ever seen, if not the coolest ever. No pre-made parts can ever beat the cool factor of a really bad ass custom piece.
