Rarely see anyone using megas these days. Looks like the kv is a little low, even for 6s use, and the gearing may be a little aggressive ( might not be, 'uggy stuff is beyond me somewhat at the moment ). I would try raising the timing a notch, and you should have the option for '6 pole inrunner' on the MMM programming menu... I think. See if that makes a difference, otherwise I'd say go for the CastleNeu 1512 1800kv and low gearing, or a real neu 1512 in the ~1400-1600kv range.
