In fact, Metalman, the BK controllers I know have this revers brake. If you run reverse, you have a nice proportional brake by applying forward on the trigger.

Yh, exactly. The point I'm trying to make is the brakes are MUCH stronger when I'm reversing than when I'm going forward. I'll try reprogramming.

I know the brake FETs have to take a lot of stress. Maybe one of yours got tired and died?
