Well after further study I've isolated the wobble to the pressure plates and thrust bearing. Somehow they are not sitting evenly. I'm not sure how to fix this though. The pressure plates are supposed to take the force of the spring washers and apply it evenly across the thrust bearing, but they somehow are not. The little rollers on the thrust bearing are uneven relative to the thrust bearing cage that holds them in place.

Any more suggestions? I feel like I've tried everything, but it might end up being something simple I overlooked, it usually does...
