Thanks:D Got a friend to pick some traxxas bearings up for me, cause i need them before sunday... but will take a look at the links:D
Thanks:D everyone here is so kind Found out why the bearing was smashed... the hole in the motor mount /center diff mount was too small, so i had to push it very hard in. and took me 1 hour to get it out

Just got mine together today. Man it's a nice setup. Mike did a great job with it. Only thing I really modified was the tray. I cut a notch in it for my battery wires so I could lay the battery flat and dremeled a "tunnel" under it to run the wire going from the ESC to the RX. Personal preference there but I think it turned out nice
