Thats a great price for the 150amp model- I remember when the 100? amp model was $99. If you test alot of batts or do serious racing and need to know if you're packs will last the duration, then its definately a worth while investment for finding C ratings ( if you settle on an agreed voltage under load, 3.2v per cell for arguements sake ) or working out average current draw.

The only similar things I've seen are all bench-test wattage meters basically, good for testin a motor & prop for example, but not much use for testing a ground based r/c since theres no load on the system as such.

Thats my 2cents anyway...
