Heavier shock oil would be the 1st thing that comes to mind. A rough track usually dictates light oil and a smooth track dictates a heavier oil. You may also find that layong your shocks down helps as well(move bottom of shock out on the arm and top of shock in on the tower).

Also get the pink buggy rear springs for front and rear on truggy.
