Hi.I see your of the pick yourself up way of thinking.If only! My depression is genetic,grandma,mum,aunt,cousins(1 dead) and sister. I've been on pills forever,anti psychotics damaged the nerves in my feet
 .and made me trip out when I was driving. Some people just can't do it.Years back they'd have tied me to a tree in the forest,and visited every 2 weeks with food .
