Just to be clear. - 06.15.2010, 10:41 PM

WHAT? *bangs head against wall several times, comes to, and asks again*

WHAT!?

That must be the most flawed, Twilight Zone logic I have EVER heard.

Jerry, please don't take this as a personal, but AP can blow it out their ass.
I haven't seen that particular piece but that is unmistakably the ESTABLISHMENT media making excuses for their slothlike response. That is total utter unadulterated crap.

Like BP needs to have a 'yard sale' to raise cleanup funds??? OMFG!
It's easier to "collect" oil that has spread over thousands of square miles?

I'm gonna withhold further comment on that.

Just to be clear RS I never said that I agree with their efforts or their plans on how to handle this issue. I was only sharing the main reason that they have not been more active about using others ideas for cleaning the oil up in the GUlf, and knowing BP I understand their position. There have been small slips by BP during this whole thing about what, why, & how they are dealing with this. Even the whole idea about stopping the leak has never really been about STOPPING the flow of oil, but coraling it so they can collect it and sell it. BP has no interest in stopping the oil flow coming from the well, but finding a new way of collecting the oil, which was the reason they drilled the well in the first place. BP is a money hungry company that will take whatever shortcut it can to keep from losing more money than they might have to, and maybe even coming out on top of this whole issue.

SUPERMAXX YOUR LIFE.
