is the motor mount included with the kit?

The only things included with the kit are:

The extended TVPs
An extended front dogbone
Chassis braces

It's meant to transform a base Flux into a 1/5 scale size vehicle.

Yes the nitro gearbox will work as its the same gearbox in the Flux, just the Flux is limited to one speed. You can either lock the nitro gearbox yourself, or do what I did and just buy a few of the parts (compare the Savage X and Savage Flux manuals) for like 20 bucks or something and convert it to a 1 speed transmission.
