Slow Order

I'm still waiting after two months too for a 1409 and they don't even reply my mails. That's very annoying

I'm still waiting on that ETA email they were going to send me last week, reckon what the eta on them sending that email to me is.

Ok, talked to Neu directly today about my 2217 and i was told that they were out of certain rotor parts on ALL 22XX series motors. They cannot proceed with building those motors until they get those parts from the out of U.S. suppliers to send the parts. They have no idea when they will receive them; therefore they can't give an ETA when my motor will get here.
