Someone should not have told you to send it in, using the Castle Link adapter will fix the problem. You shouldn't have to send in the controller, paying for shipping and having to wait to get it back; that's not fair to you for our silly mistake. Do you remember who you spoke with? There were only 3 of us on the phones the last 2 days; myself, Bernie and Greg, if you remember, please let me know; I'm pretty sure it wasn't me. :P Please check your PM's, we will get a free Castle link adapter sent to you. It will allow you to update the controller to the latest firmware (V1.28) and bring the controller back to life; it will also allow you to use the side USB port again if you prefer it over the Castle Link adapter.
