get a better case with more internal space.

my setup for inspiration

CPU:Core i7-930@3.65 + Noctua NH-D14
Mainboard: GA-X58A-UD3R
Memory:6GB OCZ3G1866LV6GK
VGA:Gainward GTX285 GS
Sound:X-FI Platinum + ProGamer G500 + Sennheiser HD-555 AE (595 upgrade)
Monitor:BenQ FP241W + Dell 2009W
Storage: Kingston 64GB V SSD + WD4000AAKS +WD5000AAKS + Samsung HD753LJ a HD103UJ, Sony AD-7241S
Case&PSU: Lian-Li PC-V1200B Plus II + 3x Noctua NF-P12-1300, Corsair 650W, Zalman MFC1 Plus Accessories:Aver Speedy, Logitech MOMO, Logitech Chillstream, Razer Lycosa, MX Performance + G500 + eXactMat

it is not possible to keep inside looking clean :) just too many wires and continuous upgrades. however everything is cool and very, very quiet thanks to Noctua fans.
