The end bell is fine -- that's just a sticker over the bearing. :)

Awesome. I'll just put some clear box tape over it to keep dirt out.

I emailed the tech I've been corresponding with to ask for a replacement rotor.

Absolutely. Got the email from the tech after lunch today that the new rotor is in the mail, even got the tracking number.
