Just out of curiosity, are these somewhat waterproof (in comparison to the VXL)??? That's the reason I bought my Slash 4x4's - we get a lot of liquid sunshine up here in the PNW.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

Ditto on this, chasing a waterproof jobby for the Summit, as it is my stock ESC / Dewalt Motor pulls the same sort of amps on take off w/ 4s Lipo that the Savage Flux did (130 amps)

I guess able to survive a dunking in fresh water. Much like the VXL, EVX-2 ESC's etc.

Sealed case on the ESC that will keep water out. Not looking for a warranty claim statement. Water spray from tires will put a coat of water over the entire inside of the truck. Occasionally hit puddles too...
