I'm glad i decided not to get the Lemond bike. I got the deal of a lifetime on this 2009 Trek Madone 6.9 red pro. The bike is brand new. This is also the actual bike that Trek used in the 2009 dealer catalog. The only thing that was changed from the catalog is they replaced the $2000 Carbon fiber wheels, with a high end spoked wheel, with Bladed spokes. It also has the Team ASTANA logo on the bike. For those of you that are into cycling, you know who i'm talking about. It has the Top of the line Sram Red gruppo & a Fizik arione seat with Titanium rails. Ity also has clipless pedals, which are based on Ski bindings With out the bags it weighs 16#'s, with the bags it weighs 17#'s. The Frame, forks seat post are OCLV Carbon fiber, which is Proprietary to Trek. The crank arms are Carbon fiber as well. The color's are pearl white, two different shades of pearl or metallic pink. It looks totally bad ass in the sun.

let me get this straight- you're going to stand there all straight faced and tell us you bought a pink bicycle. AND expect us not to riddle you with gay jokes. Is that what is happening here You are a brave man hippie, secure in your sexuality

Nice bike Mike. Don't listen to Harold, he is just jealous of all the attention other men will be giving you when you ride.

Yeah, sorry, had to do that to you!!!

I like the bike, you must be pretty serious to have a sweet ride like that. I used to bike about 9 miles a day for exercise, but I used some old piece of crap mountain bike. Did the job, got me hit by a car and it still works fine. Oh well.
