Not recommended at all even if you gear really low. You should running at least , yes at least a 1717 and even then its not a good idea. You can but you risk it going poof! 21pounds? Thats alot. My 1/7 on road weighs 13 pounds fully loaded

Gear it for less than 20mph, set timing to 0, and punch control to 100%. Watch the temps too ! That's not a good idea indeed ^^
