I like the bike, you must be pretty serious to have a sweet ride like that. I used to bike about 9 miles a day for exercise, but I used some old piece of crap mountain bike. Did the job, got me hit by a car and it still works fine. Oh well.

I did a 46 mile group ride today, & i finished in the lead group. Our max speed was 27.5 & our average speed over 46 miles was 17 MPH. I have been hit by a car while riding a bike before,it was not fun
