Castle moving sale

I'm still "patiently" waiting for a reply from Castle/Thomas on the status of my order which I placed and received a confirmation on September 25. Ten more days and it will be a month and it still have to be resolved.

I wish I'm home so I can call overseas long distance but I can't since I'm onboard this "supercarrier" floating in the ocean while on deployment.

Received my order today (ordered 30th sept) 2143-0927-6727, unfortunately I have received a 1512/1.5y motor in a 1520/1y box (which is of no use for my truggy)

can Thomas or Patrick let me know how to resolve this?
